While Double D Productions offers a wide variety of services for both artistic and professional clients, our staple is studio recording for musicians. Dedication to this cause, as well as a great network of West Michigan artists, has given over a dozen DDP recordings FM-radio airtime. DDP Studio houses a full range of top-notch equipment for capturing and customizing your unique sound. Record any day of the week in a custom time block that fits your schedule and budget (see "Rates" below).
Live Sound & Recording
In addition to studio production services, DDP offers live audio engineering and direct-from-soundboard recording for your show. Put your energy into playing and trust engineer David James to help the audience hear it all.

Voiceovers
DDP producer/engineer David James also produces his own voiceover work. His clear, dynamic baritone could sell your product or service, narrate your video presentation, or deliver another important message with style that's hard to ignore. Voiceover audio files are delivered in the format your project requires for easy incorporation.
Audio Production for Advertisements
Whatever your business, Double D Productions can give you the radio presence you need to boost your income. Voiceovers, background music, and the final product are made right in DDP Studio, all with the kind of expertise that will hit your target market dead-on.
Live Sound & Recording
As seen above, DDP can also provide expert live audio production for your event: concert, speech, panel discussion, religious service, or anything that requires the technical knowledge and experience needed to operate audio equipment in a manner so good that attendees won't notice the microphones.
RATES
Double D Productions rates depend on your needs. Generally, DDP charges less and offers more flexibility than big-wig commercial studios for professional-quality audio production. Starting rates for some basic services are below (some conditions apply). You're also invited to contact DDP for a free, custom quote.
- Radio spot - $149
- Original instrumental track - $150 to $300
- Mastering - $79 per song for the first 6 songs, $69 thereafter
- Recording & mixing - $35 per hour (first 3 hours), $30 per hour (after 3 hours), $300 per 10-hour block
- Guitar lesson - $20 for 1 hour
DDP also offers a travel discount (over 25 miles) to artists, as well as a 10% discount to military personnel and students with valid ID.
